TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

¨       The rates are net and non-commission able.

¨       Foreign national has the option to pay the equivalent of the Indian rupee tariff in US Dollars as per the prevailing exchange rate.

¨       Confirmation of rooms will on availability basis.

 

RESERVATION GUIDELINES

¨       The check in and check out time is 12:00 Noon. Early check in and late check outs will be levied with additional charge of one night, depending upon the availability of the rooms.

 

Cancellation policy for Rooms

 

¨       Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival at the hotel. In case of any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, one-night room retention would be charged for the FIT bookings

¨       Guaranteed reservations will be held till noon the following day.

¨       The advance paid would be charged as a “cancellation charge” if the Room is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of the event due to any circumstances whatsoever.

¨       100% of the total billing amount on minimum guarantee would be charged as a “cancellation charge” and it would be billed to your company or individual if the event is cancelled within 15 days prior to the event due to any circumstances whatsoever.

¨       30% of the total room tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking.

 

Cancellation Policy for Banquet/Conference hall

·         Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of event.

  • The advance paid would be charged as a “cancellation charge” if the event is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of the event due to any circumstances whatsoever.
  • 100% of the total billing amount on minimum guarantee would be charged as a “cancellation charge” and it would be billed to your company or individual if the event is cancelled within 5 days prior to the event due to any circumstances whatsoever.
  • Postponement of the event shall be treated as cancellation and 100% of the total billing amount on minimum guarantee would be charged as “cancellation charges”

 

Confirmation/cancellation policy for Groups (weddings and large celebrations)

·         25% of the total room tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking.

·         25% of the total F&B tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking

·         80% of the balance of total expected budget 45 days in advance.

·         If not complied to, the booking can be cancelled.

·         Full clearance of bill at the time of check-out.

 

     Note: -

·      In case of BTC would be treated separately.

·      BTC facility is applicable as per the credit limit offered.

·      More than five room’s arrival is considered as a group.

 

All room categories are provided with the following services and facilities:

·         Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

·         WI-FI connectivity

·         Daily newspaper in room. 

·         Tea/Coffee Maker in the room.

·         Two bottle of packaged drinking water per day.

·         Digital safe in each room.

·         The Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes

 

Terms & Conditions for function hall

·    The time limit for the function area is specified above. Extra charges would be        levied for extending the time limit

·  All audio visual for the event will be charged extra.

·  Payment needs to be cleared right before the event

·  Please do not paste, stick or affix any material on the walls, doors of the halls or   anywhere in the property without prior written permission from the management.

·The management of Hotel is not LIABLE / RESPONSIBLE for any loss/theft/damages to any individual/s or organization’s property/ belongings, whatsoever the case may be in the premises of Dee Marks hotel & Resorts. The organization or individual/s has to take care of their personnel / property/ belongings.

·  Maximum increase in the number of participants/attendees to the event/gathering must not exceed 05% of the minimum guarantee or as mutually agreed at the time of booking.

·  If the number of participants/attendees to the event/gathering increases, then it must be intimated to the account manager 7 days prior to the date of the event/gathering

·  Please strictly adhere to the time mentioned in the letter

·  The check in and checkout time for rooms is 1200 hours. Early check in and late  checkout is subject to availability.
